Microsoft plans a worldwide February 2008 launch of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008.
If you’re interested in purchasing any of these licenses, think about buying them with Software Assurance (2 year upgrade protection). When you’re ready to upgrade all you will have to purchase is the CD. FYI…. We have no idea what the price will be on the new versions, it’s possible it may be less expensive to purchase the current version with software assurance than the new version when it comes out at its’ new price.
